What is the return process?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How to get refund?
Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products. To process a refund, you will need to share an unboxing video clearly showing that the product was delivered damaged. If the product is indeed damaged, the refund will be credited instantly to your bank account. If you received a wrong product, we will immediately provide you with the correct item as an exchange. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders that are damaged, you will need to share your bank account details, and we will process the refund via NEFT within 4 hours.
When will I get my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 3–4 working days. Express delivery (48–72 hours) is available only for prepaid orders. COD orders are delivered via standard timelines.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in-house at our Noida facility. This allows us to maintain full control over quality and also provide on-demand printed t-shirts for our customers.
do you print on demand?
Yes, we offer on-demand printing services, allowing you to fully customize your t-shirts. There is a dedicated section on our website where you can choose your preferred t-shirt style, such as Round Neck or Polo, select the color from available options, and pick the fabric quality you like. Once you finalize your selections, the final price will be displayed, and you can place your order.
Your customized t-shirt order is processed within 1 day, after which it is delivered according to the standard delivery timeline. This ensures you get a personalized product quickly and conveniently.
